I ordered the BossCaddi for myself but before it arrived I changed my mind, so then when it arrived I contacted customer service. I had a reply from them stating a “ticket” had been created. I have not received any response and I have attempted 3 times to get a response. The product is still in its shipping package and ready to return. I am concerned about the business practices of this company.

The only thing I would say is that the bold under sometimes get stuck on the on the metal piece of the pedal

Love the tray size an convenience and easy installation. I do wish it could drop vertical when not in use. Would love a add on part to do this
I have emailed you 3 different times. I haven’t received it. It’s been two weeks. As I’m looking at my chair the regular size will not fit because the circumference of the chair is to big. I would need the bigger one. I would love to received it or get my money back. Y’all are a hard company to get a reply back from. Thank you.
I'd like to start off with when I ordered this, I got an email stating it would ship beginning of October. I did not get an email to update me until it shipped towards the end of October. The concept of this is amazing. I have a studio and this cart saved me so much space. I've had it for about 3 weeks now. Last night the stem to the tray snapped and my color went all over my floor and client. I want a refund and recommend people to be cautious when purchasing this.
I got my tray yesterday. And they sent to me scratched one. So I sent an e mail for exchange request. But I could not hear anything yet.

When my BossCadi arrived, everyone thought I was crazy for "another tiktok" purchase! Once I got it installed (SO EASY), I love it! It moves effortlessly and is easy to adjust or break down. I did have the tray break right off of the attachment but that's because my client put his entire giant body weight on it! 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Got the replacement in Black Matte🥰🥰🥰... perfection! Fast shipping, great communication and worth every penny!
The Bosscadi is a great tool. I don’t have to drag a table with legs anymore, game changer!
I have been behind the chair for over 20 years, and I have always thought this would be a cool idea. I got 2 of them for my salon chairs and have been testing them for 2 weeks now. So far, I love everything except my cords get tangles when blow drying or using clippers. I am right handed, so getting used to swinging the boss cadi to the left of the chair when blowdrying and styling has been a challenge. I have always been an adaptable person, and this too will become okay. As for the other 6n chairs in my location, I will be ordering the rest of them for the new year as a gift to all my stylists. Thanks Boss Cadi for making my job just that much easier!
I can’t believe no one has come up with this sooner!! This has been the best addition to my salon suite. Goodbye trays taking up floor space!! My clients think it’s so cool too!

The Boss Caddie has been a great addition and space saver to my salon suite. Upon receiving my Caddie I noticed a few dings/scratches on the tray. I immediately reached out to customer service and explained with a picture for proof, and while I wasn’t very concerned my intent was just to inform. The very next day I received feedback that a replacement tray was on the way! I was surprised but also happy that a business honor system/integrity for their product was so solid. Thank you all for a speedy reply and delivery. I would most definitely order again if needed.
Live not having to worry about rolling away or hiding my color tray. It has saved room and is also nice even to set styling tools etc while you’re in the middle of cutting or whatever. Big fan
The BossCaddi is such an upgrade from a trolley on wheels. It’s so nice to have it nice and close for all services and it’s so easy to push it away when you need to move it! It takes some getting used to like any new system but well worth the adjustment!
